I’m on my way to Memphis, Tennessee to continue my journey! I’m a little scared, but excited also to meet new people and see new places. Between my treatments, I want to go to The Grand Ole Opry, Graceland and see the south. I have never been to the south. I hope I can see Taylor Swift, shes my favorite!
We still have to find a place to live. Once we do, we need to get a Christmas tree so we can have Christmas and New Years there!
I am going to write about everything I do during our trip. So keep coming back to read it, and post what your doing so I can know that too.
I am scared and exited to get to St. Judes also! I am so happy that we will be doing all of this together!!!! Remember….NOTHING can stop us!
I love you with all of my heart!!!!
-Daddy

Hi Nitalia,
I am so happy that you are in Memphis. It is on my list of places to visit. I sent you an email but I am not sure if you received it. I am having a bit of trouble getting a password from this site so I will just correspond with you this way. You picked the perfect time to leave AZ. It has been nothing but rain and cold. I lived in NY my whole life and never owned rain boots. I move to AZ and I have 3 pair. Partly because I love shoes, but Cocopah floods!!! I can’t wait till you see Lake Cocopah. This is the first time this year. Max misses Isabella. So tell her “hi” from him. It sounds like your hotel is nice and that you are eating very well. Is the food spicier there? I want to hear everything.
Just so you know, I think you are going to have more mail than you can handle. I emailed your teachers today with your email address. Get ready to type. Mrs. Rusk is getting homework all ready for you. I will probably mail you work after the New Year. Everyone sends their love to you.
Love you,
Mrs. Solod
Nitalia,
I am sending lots of thoughts and prayers your way kido! You are loved! Please do keep us posted on your recovery in Memphis. I am so excited that you’re in Tennesse for Christmas (you guys can sing that “Tennesee Christmas” song)–even though it is quite cold. I came back last week from a trip from Wisconsin to visit my mom and it was 12 degrees outside and windy! It’s even been cold here in Arizona—rainy and 50 degrees! Stay warm and don’t forget your mittens!
Mrs. Burau
Hey Nitalia,
Its Katie from science class. I just want to tell you good luck. I hope you get well soon. We are all so worried about you. I know I didn’t go to your school but we were good class mates. Mrs.Solod talked to some of your close friends about what you were going through. You should have seen all their faces dripping with tears. We can’t wait until you get better. Get well soon Nitalia!!!
Love,
Katie Riley (from school)

Nitalia and Family,
We hope you are feeling better and you have a quick recovery. How’s the hospital food? Is it better than your mom’s or your dad’s cooking? What is the weather like in Tennesse? It’s been cold and rainy here. I will keep you in my prayers every night.
Tell Aviona that I’ve been missing her at school, but we know that she is taking good care of you. Also, tell her she better be practicing four square.

Hi Nitalia,
I am your cousin Anna from New Jersey. I lived down the street from your nan and Aunt Deby. I met you a few times when you were just a tiny little girl, and I will never forget your beautiful smile. Even though you don’t know us, we love you very much and are praying for you every day. I will tell you a little bit about me so when I email you, you will know who I am.
I am 51 years old. I know that sounds old, but I’m a cool 51 year old. My husbands name is Larry, and I have 2 kids named Matt and Amanda. Matt is 16 and Amanda is 14. They are both in high school. Matt is a football player and Amanda is a cheerleader. I work at UPS, that’s where all the big brown trucks are. I am an event planner for UPS, which is a fun job because I get to plan all of the parties. We don’t have any pets, but we really want a puppy some day soon. That’s everything about me, so I hope you got to know me a little better.
I hope that you will get better very soon. Keep smiling. Tell your mommy, daddy and sisters that we love them very much. I will go to your web page every day and keep up with your progress. I promise to email you again. Hugs and Kisses from everybody here. Xoxoxox

Hi Nitalia,
I hope you feel better soon because we all miss you guys. I think that little video that you guys did in your living room was talent!!! I would not be able to do that even if I wanted to. I also have the chance to be in Mrs. Mangels reading group!!! I am so excited!! Can you type me back about memphis? That would be great! Bye Nitalia, I will type back as soon as I can. P.S have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!
Hi Nitalia,
I forgot to tell you that you are the bravest person I have ever met.
your friend,
Max Fuss
hi nitalia,
we just wanted to tell you we love you and mia is currently writing a little ditty just for you:)
Nitalia and family,
Hope today you are feeling better and everyone got some rest…also hope you got my first reply, did not see it here…It was about your Dad, only eating hot dogs and bananas when he was a little boy….
You are definitely brave, it is a good thing that your Mom and Dad have you there to help them be brave too.
I was checking my memory for so other things I remembered about your Dad and his famliy when they were younger….don’t tell Pop and Nanny that I said they were old.
Anyway, one Christmas when we all lived in Philadelphia, around the corner from each other, Dad and his family had a beautiful Christmas Tree, it was decorated with lots of lights, ornaments, tinsel and garland…..BUT they also had a BIG great dane dog with a long, wild, swinging tail…..and everytime the BIG dog got excited his tail would wag like a giant whip…..and if he was near the beautiful Christmas Tree, whack, bang, zip, crash….there would go the tree…Pop would put it back up and whack, bang, zip, crash – down it would go again….That Big dog, needed a short tail, can not remember if they ever cropped his tail. It was funny after Christmas, but when the tree was tumbling over ?
It is very cold here in Philadelphia today, I think the cold winds came from Memphis. I need my scarf and hat,Burrr.
Give kisses to everyone for me.
Much Love, Aunt Sue
Hi Nitalia,
We were in church last weekend when Father Pat called your name for us to pray for you. We all went home and sat around the kitchen table and said an individual pray for you to get better. Robbie and I are so happy that your surgery was a success. You are so brave. Keep on smiling that sparkling smile. We hope to see you back in Arizona soon.
Love,
Robyne, Cliff, CJ, and Robbie Boyle

This is Tali writing. My mom forgot to tell you something important. Chanukah is a holiday about miracles, so it’s the perfect time to ask God for a healing miracle for you. I will do that when we light the candles tonight. Say hi to Aviona for me.
Lots of love,
Tali Bornstein

Good Afternoon Peach,
Just a quick note – I was telling my supervisor, Joan all about you and how amazing you are with your strength, courage and sense of humor and she told me she has set up a fund in which she donates every month to Saint Judes right out of her bank account! Wow, how amazing is that! I am going to try and figure out how to do that with my account!
Thank Goodness its afternoon Peach!! You know how I feel about Mondays! Billy and Giffy feel the same way. Anywho I’m getting ready to go to lunch! Wow, did you just hear my stomach – it scared me!!! Don’t forget how much New Jersey loves you and how we all can’t wait to be together with you and the Peachettes!! Give everyone smooches and hugs

Hi Nitalia! I love your website! It is so nice to be able to check on you, Aviona, Isabella, and your mom and dad with just the click of a button! My family and I are thinking of you all every day and hoping that your recovery is a quick one!! It is VERY COLD here in Scottsdale!! I took my Cocker Spaniel (Wrigley) for a walk last night and I put a navy-blue sweater on him! I thought he looked great but Mr. Scott wasn’t so sure . . . What do you think?? Do your dogs wear sweaters when it gets cold? Maybe you could work on some designs while in Memphis and then share them with all of us when you get back!
Warm wishes to you and your family!
Mrs. Scott (from Sequoya =:)
Hi Nitalia,
Whats up Nitalia! Today me and my brothers just sat around , played outside, and played games. But the only interesting part of the day was when I got in a fight with my brother Nick. but I think you know that a typical brother would fight with his brother or sister. I hope you feel better soon so you can come back to Arizona. we will all miss you!!! I will type back as soon as I can. P.S have a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year!!
Your Friend,
Max Fuss
Hi Nitalia-

You and your sisters must be getting very excited!!!! We will write again soon. Tell Aviona, Isabella, mom, and dad hi for us. By the way, Daniel was only able to beat Aaron in one game of bowling yesterday.
Sending lots of love and hugs your way..
Tina, Ira, Aaron, and Daniel.
Hi Nitalia:
We are all thinking so much about you and your family. We wrote a message before but I think I might be messing up here as I’m not seeing it…sorry about that…not too good on the computer. I hope this note finds you, but, no matter what, please KNOW that our family prays for you every night at dinner and that you are always on our minds. The Conti family is so strong, energetic, and loving and when you send that out into the world then all the healing will be heading right back your way. Happy almost Christmas Eve!
Love to all, The Browns
