Hello Everyone,
It’s been a rough week. The Bible says that all of Gods children will experience trials during their time on earth. Some more then others, none the less, trials. We thank the Lord for walking with us during this incredibly tough season of our lives. We thank Him for bringing all of you into our lives. Nitalia is going to have a port placed today, so we ask that you all say a special prayer for her. Ask God to be with her during the surgery, and that he guide the Dr’s eyes, minds, and hands. We ask Jesus to supply the strength from the Holy Spirit and the courage of Michael the Arch Angel to Nitalia. He has put this in our path, it’s not just coincidence that we were in Philadelphia when this all happened. God placed us here with a precision only He could supply. Our girl is in the best hospital with some of the best Dr’s in the world…no coincidence about it. We have become friends with people that can influence and steer Nitalia’s treatment strategy. Nitalia was selected to be part of a new study here at CHOP. This study shows great promise in destroying the cancer. Again, no coincidence. All we can say is Thank You Jesus!!!
Our prayer is that Jesus guides the Dr’s, controls the medicine, and continues to show his faith inspiring Love and Power through Nitalia.
“She shall live and not die to give glory to God!”
Sending all of you our love…
UPDATE: Nitalia is out of surgery, and everything went perfect! Hallelujah!!! She is snug as a bug in her bed, hungry for a good ole’ Philly Cheesesteak and a Rita’s Waterice!!!

Dear Contis,
YES he IS in the House! He is our refuge and our strength! He has placed Nitalia and your family exactly where she needs to be right now! PLEASE PLEASE know that our special miracle girl is on prayer chains and we are continuing to “Light up the Heavens w/ prayer” for Nitalia! Today we are sending SPECIAL prayers for the surgeon’s eyes, minds and hands! We continue to pray for her PERFECT health for Nitalia and peace for every member of the Conti family!
LOTS of LOVE and PRAYERS,
Kirstin, Steve, Kendra, Aubrey, Lauren and Grace Tully
God IS in the house and reflected so clearly in each of YOU. Your updates bring tears as they are so clear and powerful. I admire each of you for your strength, bravery and wisdom on this journey. Your faith WILL ABSOLUTELY bring Nitalia through. I am such a believer in believing….sometimes it is the only thing but it is also everything.
We believe in you.
Peace and strength, All Browns
God sends power and strength to all!!!!
Dear Conti Family,
GOD is watching over you. I know the port is a scary thing, but it will truly be a wonderful blessing.
I hated mine when they put it in, it felt like an alien in my chest. When they had to take blood or give chemo, and I had no veins left, I would cry and cry because it hurt so much when they’d look for a viable vein.
The port will eliminate all of that pain, and no more searching for a good vein. It doesn’t hurt at all when they tap into it. Tell Nitalia she can do this, one more step in her journey closer to healing.
My love and prayers continue to be with you!
Gwynda Holemon
We are so happy to see your photo Nitalia. My grandparents are in Philadelphia and said if you or your family needs anything to please contact us. My granpa is a doctor and would be happy to visit if you wanted. I miss you and am jealous of all of those cheesesteaks!!! We all pray everyday.
Love and BIG HUGS…..BECCA FREED AND FAMILY
Dear Conti Family,
I think of you daily (mulitple times a day, as a matter of fact!). The purple bracelet is a fabulous reminder as well as the picture I have of Nitalia and me on my computer desktop background…taken the last day you came to Cocopah before you went back east. When I was in Oaxaca, Mexico last month I picked up a dainty rosary that was braided by a lovely woman. I want you to have it, Nitalia, to go with the one I brought back from Argentina last summer. I’ll keep it safe for you.
Love & Strength to you all…
Susan (Mrs.) Thomas ;o)
I am so happy that Nitalia is in the best hospital in Philly. When she get’s out of the hospital (which will be soon) she will be able to eat all of the Andy’s crab’s and Rita’s vanilla water ice there is!!!!!!!!!! She will get out of the hospital and be cured forever if we all pray and BELIEVE! Aunt Meesi, Nan, Giff, Aviona, Andy, and I just came back from the hospital and we were there a long time because we LOVE to see Nitalia!!!!!! She’s looking GREAT as usual! She ate yummy looking fish tacos with chips, salsa, beans, guacamole, and rice. WOW thats a lot of YUMMY looking food! Good thing I already ate! Then she had some vanilla Rita’s water ice that Aunt Meesi brought over…YUMMY!! Well I better stop talkin’ about food my tummy is grumbling! OK, I’ve got to go. We are making root beer floats! I luv u, Nitalia…Bye
Love,
Isabella
